| My educational background includes a BS in Education, an AD in Nursing (RN) and Real Estate licensure beginning in 1971 in Illinois, with current Brokers’ licenses in California and Arizona. I am e-Pro certified (electronic professional), to enhance my service to my clientele. I am also a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), to better negotiate the best possible outcome for my clients. I recently attained my IMS (Internet Marketing Specialist) designation so you know that if you list your home with me, it will be marketed to a broad user base to bring the best return possible. And I recently attained a Real Estate Webographer Professional designation (REW®), giving me the knowledge of how to correctly market your properties on the internet.
